Cake making with Teri

I offer a professional cake baking and decorating class for individuals, or small groups. My lessons will be in english, so basic level of spoken english is required. Coffee and tea will be provided, along with all equipment and ingredients used in recipe (unless you would like to bring something extra to add to your creation).

I specialize in making cakes, cupcakes and cake pops for events. I can offer classes ranging from beginner- with no experience needed, to advanced- for bakers wanting to learn new specific techniques.

This class will be for beginners. If anybody is interested in an advanced or intermediate class, please let me know and we could arrange it.

Classes can be adjusted to make what you want to learn, you van choose the flavours and the style of what we bake. Also, you can chose to do a one off class, or a four week programme. I am very flexible.

* Snickers cupcakes with caramel filling

* Working with chocolate (truffles, chocolate decorations)

Advanced

* Chocolate cake with ombre frosting and meringue toppers
* Wedding cake-fondant covering
* Fondant cake toppers (flowers, animals ect)
